Hello Team

I am getting an issue regarding my website as ''This site can’t be reached rankotech.com took too long to respond.'' I am getting this issue from past 24 hours. I have made all the necessary payments and have tried the Enter image description here best of my knowledge to fix this issue. But I am unable to solve this. Please make this issue ASAP.

Hello,

After some DNS requests, It seems that your domain name www.rankotech.com is pointing on an EC2 instance directly. Please check if there was a change on the security group linked to your instance, check also if your http server is still running on it. Please check also that your instance is in a public subnet.

    Thanks for your reach. As I am new to AWS and don’t to much about this and about fixing. Earlier the setup was done by a freelancer. And I don’t have any idea about how to fix on this issue. Can you please guide me in the more precise way.
