Hour over Hour view for 24 hours in the day

I am trying to calculate the average number of x for each hour during the day, basically a usage chart by hour of the day. I want to be able to filter to a week view and for the view to remain from 12a.m. - 12 p.m. and aggregate the data within that timeframe to the average across all days for each hour of the day. I cannot seem figure out how to do this. Any help here would be very much appreciated and thank you in advance!
