Amazon doesn't work to send emails.

I have created my plesk server with Lightsail, this is a hosting that I will use exclusively for myself but when creating email accounts the messages did not enter or leave the server.

I sent permission to support to unblock port 25 and they only told me no and that I was thinking of using amazon ses, so I proceeded to create a service and connect my domain to amazon ses but it still doesn't work.

I have managed to send emails but I have not been able to get them to leave the server and when I write to the inefficient technical support they only respond to me that I should consider using Amazon ses which I have not been able to make it work either and there is very little information on how to configure it on a lightsail plesk server
