Aws cloud practitioner connect vpcs task

Need more information here, what exactly is it that you're trying to do? And what exactly is the error message you're getting (it won't be we couldn't find the instances ).

To peer VPCs you need to have two VPCs created, make sure they are owned by the same account and are in the same region (they don't have to be, but there's no advantage in making things harder for yourself) and they need to have non-overlapping IP ranges (this bit is important).
