Can I import an RDS uncrypted mysql snapshot to an RDS encrypted mysql?

Question

I have an uncrypted rds mysql, inside there are several databases so I can't afford a stop of all my applications.
I have thought to create a snapshot of my actual rds mysql, create a new encrypted mysql db and then import this snapshot into new rds instance.
If this isn't possible maybe can I use DMS to sync my actual uncrypted db with the new one encrypted ?
