Unable to access my static website "pawancareerpoint.com" in my laptop chrome browser. All my friends can access it from their system.

Question

I have created static website using s3 bucket and route53.
Name of my website is "pawancareerpoint.com".
I am unable to access it in chrome browser in my laptop. All others can access it.
I have cleared cache but still the same issue. From my phone I can access but from my laptop I am not able to.

Kindly suggest me on this.

Please try in incognito mode.
some time the DNS entry is cached at the ISP level. It takes some time to clear the DNS entry.
At the same time what is the TTL that you set?

Please provide output for

# nslookup pawancareerpoint.com
# dig -x pawancareerpoint.com

If above output are showing correct then follow below steps 
# Open command prompt and run below command
# ipconfig /flushdns
# In Chrome
On your computer, open Chrome.
At the top right, click More More.
Click More tools and then Clear browsing data.
At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.
Click Clear data.
# Reboot laptop 
# Try accessing website again
