Do you have the required http port allowed in the security group for your webapp? Or is your application up and running on the required port?

Also, it would be good to have separate security group for your database and webapp with only the required ports open in them. For example - Security group of your webapp to allow ports for http(s) and security group of database to allow traffic on required port from the webapp security group only.

Stand by default sg-091c8b6c766e82d75 Maybe I'm doing something wrong?
