Unable to delete AppConfig

Question

Hello, I created an AppConfig in Systems Manager (just as a test to learn about it).  However, I'm unable to delete it.  I get:

```
An error occurred (BadRequestException) when calling the DeleteApplication operation: Cannot delete application arn:aws:appconfig:us-east-1:xxxxxxxxxxxx:application/xxxxxxx because there are extensions associated with it. Please remove the extension associations to this application first.
```

The CLI documentation shows a ```list-extension-associations``` command, but when I try to run the command I get:

The error seems like the version of AWS CLI used does not support the "ListExtensionAssociations" API from AppConfig.

The AppConfig Extensions and ExtensionAssociations related API were introduced in AWS CLI **v1.25.29**. Please refer below AWS CLI github changelog:

I would suggest updating the AWS CLI version on the machine and trying the command again or use CloudShell from AWS console.
