Ec2 Instance stuck in stopping - Can't change volume

Question

Hi, my Ec2 instance stopped working. When I tried to stopped it, it got stuck in "stopping". I can see there is a error with a volume, but I can't change it (I get error when I try to create an snapshot "An internal error has occurred").

Please, help!

There was a power outage in an AZ in us-east-1: https://status.aws.amazon.com/

If it is in us-east-1 (N.Virginia) region then this can be attributed to the LSE, so please wait for it to get resolved. Also check the [AWS Service Health Dashboard](https://status.aws.amazon.com/) for updates, also you can check the [AWS Personal Health Dashboard](https://docs.aws.amazon.com/health/latest/ug/getting-started-phd.html) in your AWS account.
