Although I suspect the problem is on the receiving domain side (because other users receive invitations) I would raise a case with the AWS support team just to make sure that the invitation email is being sent correctly. Otherwise, the only guidance is to check the anti-virus and anti-spam filtering on the receiving end as well as check the user's spam folder.

My customer is having the same issue, one of the managers on client side has not received the invitation to WorkDocs folder. Forgot password is showing 'Server Error'. How can I resolve this issue asap, as its delaying the SOW getting executed
