How can I cancel the line-item in my AWS for "Support (Developer)"

Good day, We have been paying US$ 29/month for "Support (Developer)" for some time, and we have never once made use of the service. How can I remove this item from my recurring invoices? Can I possibly be reimbursed for past months in which we demonstrably obtain no benefit? Thank you for your consideration.

    On your other point:

    You can try logging a billing support case to ask for a refund and see where it gets you https://docs.aws.amazon.com/awsaccountbilling/latest/aboutv2/billing-get-answers.html#billing-support

    It's doubtful AWs will refund you though (it's a bit like asking for your insurance premium back from last month because you didn't make a claim).
