Prevent that AWS Appstream welcome messages end up in Quarantaine

Question

We always have problems to onboard users on Appstream, because almost always the Welcome email (which is required to set the password) we send from the Appstream 2.0 management console will end up in Office 365 Quarantaine (or users don't receive this email at all). 
I would like to think that Microsoft (with Azure) sees AWS as competition so that's how they try to nag users.

Is there any way we can prevent this?

You can try and create a rule in Office 365 that explicitly allows the welcome email. You can [resend the welcome email](https://docs.aws.amazon.com/appstream2/latest/developerguide/user-pool-admin.html#user-pool-admin-email).

User pools are a good way for a few users to test the AppStream 2.0 environment. As a best practice, we recommend that customers use SAML 2.0. We have documentation on using [Azure AD and many others](https://docs.aws.amazon.com/appstream2/latest/developerguide/external-identity-providers-further-info.html). If you don't already have a SSO provider, consider using [AWS Single Sign-On](https://aws.amazon.com/blogs/desktop-and-application-streaming/enable-federation-with-aws-single-sign-on-and-amazon-appstream-2-0/).
