Timestream cross account

Hi, I have a requirement where I need to have a single Timestream/Timeseries DB for multiple applications deployed in multiple accounts. Can I use a single Timestream instance also if one of my app sits in a region not covered by Timestream can I still feed to this centralised Timestream.
