Elasti Cache can't be created disabling cluster

I'm trying to develop a Django application allocated in AppRunner, that uses Celery with Redis as messages broker. I want to use ElastiCache to deploy the Redis service, because I had some troubles with SQS. The problem is that ElastiCache console was changed and now I cant create a cache disabling the cluster feature.

The problem is that celery doesn't support redis clusters and I don't know how I can do it like all the tutorials mention in the past.
