Keep in mind with SES, there are limitations such as # of messages sent in a 24-hour period and only sending to verified emails if your account is still in SES Sandbox mode: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/ses/latest/dg/request-production-access.html. You may need to move to Production Mode to fully support your use case. However, AWS will review the request to ensure SES is not being used to send unsolicited or malicious content.
