Terminated instance started again

I was using c5n.metal (spot) for a couple of days. Then I terminated it and waited to see that is shutting down. Next morning when I checked my account I saw that it was running again. What could be the reason for it to self-start again?

In particular check the section about Spot instances: did you configure the EC2 Fleet with the request type Maintain?
