Connection To GameLift Service WebSocket Has Failed

I am running into an issue when I call InitSDK while using the GameliftServerSDK in Unreal Engine 5. I believe that I am passing the wrong thing into the ServerParameters but documentation is scarce besides that to initialize it you should pass in null values. The first screenshot below is called on begin play when loading into the server entry level. the second screenshot includes the InitSDK internals. After running the code from that it gives the following error "Warning: Failed To Initialize Gamelift Server SDK: Connection to the GameLift Service WebSocket has failed"
