No response from support

I opened a support case and after 3 days I asked the AI assistant how long it would take. It said that 2 days was over the limit and automatically created another case specifically saying the first case was 'past the 48 hour breach and needed a response. Now it has been 6 days since the original case and 3 days since the AI created case and still no response/unassigned. Will there ever be a response? What can I do?
