Test session is no longer eligible for launch. I have problem with exam

Hi

Today I had an exam schedule at 8AM São Paulo Brazil time zone. However, the system did not permit me to launch the exam. Every time I click on the Launch Exam button I receive the same message: Test session is no longer eligible for launch. It is more than 30 minutes after your scheduled session start time.

I have some print screens that prove the system was not working as expected.

Someone help to understand what happened and help to reschedule a new date as soon as possible.

Hi Fernandoroch4,

This was due to a discrepancy with daylight savings time which Brazil stopped using. Any testers in Brazil who missed their exam due to this discrepancy will be supported and issued a retake voucher from PSI. You should hear back from PSI soon. If you do not hear from them within 5 business days, please submit a ticket to our Customer Support team at https://support.aws.amazon.com/#/contacts/aws-training and we will investigate accordingly.
