Why am I getting this message DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN

My apps domain is hosted on wix and im having issues but website and everything works fine. My admin panels are web-based and I keep getting an error saying this "DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN" I have contacted wix and the most they could tell me was that I may need to update my DNS records. I am not a technical founder but it seems like something happened on their end because everything was working fine, but now I cant access my admin panels and when I go into the app itself from the customer app, I cant see any of the vendors we have. Also, the driver app gives me an error message and wont let me open it. My admin panels tie everything together and I feel like this is the root. What are my options?
