lost access to my account with an EC2 console

So how can I retrieve my account that I have lost access to? I only have my email associated with the account, I do not have account number or iAM user. Please help! Every help I tried I am kept in the loop, saying that I need to login to the account that I do not have access to. I will need to close the lost account.
