RDS Database Instance does not show up in dropdown when creating RDS Proxy

Question

I'm trying to create an RDS proxy for my publicly accessible RDS Postgres (db.t4g.micro) instance. When I try to select my DB instance in the "Choose the RDS DB instance ..." input, there are no selectable options (see screenshot).

Would anyone know why this might be?

Turns out it was because there's no support (yet) for Postgres v14, which is what I'm using. I somehow missed the RDS proxy section when skimming the RDS user guide https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AmazonRDS/latest/UserGuide/rds-proxy.html.
