Report Amazon AWS abuse gave me Something went wrong

Side note that might prove useful: I'm based in Ireland, I selected https://support.aws.amazon.com/#/contacts/report-abuse and then clicked "Sign In and submit AWS support request".

After logging in as an AWS user, I noticed the URL changed to the US. https://us-east-1.console.aws.amazon.com/support/contacts?region=us-east-1#/report-abuse?ln=en

I am guessing that when I attempted to raise a support request, the "Something went wrong" error occured because the US-East-1 web service doesn't like my Irish setup? Just a suggestion - it might explain why the report-abuse works for some, but not everyone.
