Charles proxy not showing cognito traffic - Using Amplify SwiftUI

I am building an iOS app that uses the Amplify iOS SDK (Using existing AWS resources, I have created any resources using Amplify) When signing in or during Sign up, I tried to use Charles proxy (on simulator as well as a device) but I can see no traffic on Charles proxy. But communication is definitely happening because users are getting created and confirmation codes are being sent by email after signing up. Charles proxy uses other traffic (for example if I open another app on the device on in the simulator, I can see traffic on Charles without any issues so Charles proxy itself is setup correctly) So wondering if there is something special about AWS (or cognito) that prevents Charles proxy from eavesdropping?
