My customer is looking for guidance on using S3 Select on pre-signed URLs. Is this possible? Is there any documentation around this?

this is not possible, as the method takes object name and bucket name instead of url as documented here: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AmazonS3/latest/API/RESTObjectSELECTContent.html
