UE-OCB entry in Cost Explorer

I am seeing a charge in my Cost Explorer when grouped by API Operation - UE-OCB. When I group by Service - it shows as OCBManagedServices. Can anyone provide guidance on what these charges are for?

OCB means "Out-of-Cycle Billing" charge. This is usually individual to each customer, and I would suggest reaching out to support team (opening support case) to clarify this. Such charges may differ from one customer to another, and are often issued on an individual / one-time basis.
