Cognito / Pinpoint integration

Question

Hi there, 
I am not able to add the usage report from pinpoint to cognito. I have set up everything like in this article: 
https://docs.aws.amazon.com/cognito/latest/developerguide/cognito-user-pools-pinpoint-integration.html

In my client I am just using the aws-amplify sdk with following config:

```
authenticationFlowType: 'USER_PASSWORD_AUTH',
region: 'eu-central-1'
userPoolId: 'xxx'
userPoolWebClientId: 'yyy'
```
And then Auth.signIn(username, password).

Did I miss something? I thought cognito / pinpoint analytics should work out of box.

I don't think you're stuck with Cognito. The SDK communicates with PinPoint.

You can use PinPoint easily by using Amplify framework, but have you followed https://docs.amplify.aws/lib/analytics/getting-started/q/platform/js/#set-up-existing-analytics-backend to update App.js?
