AWS not responding within 24 hours on system impaired support case.

Hello Everyone,

Does anyone know how to get in contact with AWS if they don't respond to a support case. I have the developer tier support plan and my system impaired case is already 5 days old by now.

If by chance a AWS employee sees this post: the case number is XXXXXXXXXX
