Notebook job creation button can not be clicked in Sagemaker Studio Classic

Question

I have a notebook and it can be run in Sagemaker Studio Classic without problem. When I try to create a notebook job so it can be run in the background, the "Create" button is not highlighted and can't be clicked.

I have all the permission setup to run the Notebook job according to this [link](https://docs.aws.amazon.com/sagemaker/latest/dg/create-notebook-auto-run-studio.html)

Are you still facing the issue ? I tried to replicate in my environment when I first clicked the icon for a Create a notbeook job. It shows the same screenshot as yours but within one or two seconds, Create button is highlighted.
