WorkDocs Drive does not Show the Thumbnails on Windows

It is very important that I can see the thumbnails on Windows to facilitate my work. It is much easier to find and pick a file that I need to work on, especially for the image edition.

Please, is there a way to activate that?

Did you manage to solve this proble ? I have the same situation, where it is not possible to see the thumbnails.
