Unable to access Amazon Transcribe

Greetings, I set up a free account 24 hours ago to test Amazon Transcribe, but every time I try to create a transcription job I get the error "The AWS Access Key Id needs a subscription for the service".

I followed the instructions in a previous post I found here, but nothing is working.

Appreciate any help on this.
