My codepipeline deployment fails. Getting an error wrt application version

The action failed because either the artifact or the Amazon S3 bucket could not be found. Name of artifact bucket: codepipeline-ap-south-1-521473578238. Verify that this bucket exists. If it exists, check the life cycle policy, then try releasing a change.

    What is the actual problem? Does the bucket exists in the region where the pipeline is executing?

    Yes. I have pipeline and elastic beanstalk exists at the same location. When I am creating new EB and codepipeline, deployment succeeded. But, when am making any code change and deploy again, deployment failing with error Command failed on all instances. Incorrect application version found on all instances. Expected version "code-pipeline-1680195938616-91cdc2d16e2977551f716c500c1bac6336ccb285" (deployment 997).
