Is Free Tier applied to new account but with the same credit card ?

Hello all, I have created a new AWS account with an old credit card I used with another AWS account. That old account is no longer in Free Tier and the credit card is still there (I used some AWS services on that account and let AWS charge me as usual). If in the new account I use the same credit card, is my new AWS account eligible for Free Tier ? Thank you.

Hi,

As long as you create the new account with a different email, I believe you can still use same credit card and have the Free Tier applied, unless AWS has changed policy.
