Can't create a Lambda Function

When i access the Lambda console a message pops up saying I don't have permisions. But i am using Administrator user (with AdministratorAccess Policy) and even tried with my root access. Was able to do this a couple of days back, but have not success since creating an Administrator user

    Then I'd suggest creating a support case.

If you are sure you have AdministratorAccess policy, then there must be an SCP at a higher level (OU / Organization) that blocks the usage of Lambda. See with an admin of your organization.
