AWS codebuild not working, staying in QUEUED state forever

My client has different pipelines for different web applications and different environments. Until yesterday, everything was working great, but then, all our pipelines stop working. The issue is that code build stays in QUEUED state without starting the actual build, and this is for ALL of our pipelines. After 8 hours on this same state, they failed due to timeout.

Can someone help me here?
