Unable to see real time logs

Good morning,

I have a video streaming session running that is distributed using Cloudfront. I configured the real-time logs according to the docs, including the Kinesis Data Streams consumer.

The video streaming session works perfectly, but I'm unable to see the Stream metrics in the Kinesis stream. It says: "No data available. Try adjusting the dashboard time range.". But the time range is not the issue.

  • The endpoint is correct
  • The IAM role has all the permits
  • The real-time logs are enabled
  • The data stream is active

What could be the problem? I'm out of ideas.
