Amazon Free Tier - 1$ charge, will it be returned?

Hello,

I registered for the Amazon Free Tier and as expected I got charged $1 for the debit card confirmation.

My question is, will this $1 be returned to my debit card, or it'll be kept for AWS?

Its gets debited for card verification. It will get reversed in your account.
