App Runner Multiple Custom Domains (More than 5)

I am planning on hosting a NextJS application that needs to respond to HTTPS requests from multiple root domains (not subdomains). I looked into App Runner as a viable alternative but it seems to be limited to only 5 custom domains.

1. Is it possible to have more than the 5 domains? I did not find a quota increase for that.
2. Moreover, would there be other suggestions on how to host such an application?

As an alternative, I have thought about creating a CloudFront distribution with its own SSL and domain for each root domain I need to support.
