Hello.
Looking at the following documentation, I thought service quotas were not yet supported for "il-central-1".

So I would suggest that you contact AWS support directly to raise the limit.

Thanks for you quick answer.
I already tried your suggestion , when requesting quota increase in the form , the new tel aviv region is not shown on the list.
I too have confirmed that it is not showing up. Therefore, it would be better to contact support directly at "Account and billing" and ask them to raise the limit.
