Can datasync use s3 multi-region access point as its 'source location'

Question

I have a producer-account-A that requires to make exact same data available in s3 buckets in 2 regions eu-west-1 and eu-central-1. I'm planning to use S3 Multi-region access point in producer-account-A to help me do replication centrally.

The consumer account B is using eu-west-1 as its primary region and would like to use datasync to consume data from producer-account-A's s3-multi-region-access-point.
**Does datasync** in consumer-account-B support **s3 multi-region-access-point** as its '**source location**' ?

When a DataSync agent is activated over a public endpoint, the DataSync service will communicate directly with the created S3 source and destination locations.  When an agent is activated via a private endpoint, the service will transfer data over network interfaces created in your VPC.
