Free trial option does not appear to provision a redshift cluster.

Goodnight. I bought a course and it asks me to create a redshift provisioned cluster and select the "Free trial" option, but this option does not appear in my account, which makes it impossible for me to proceed with the course. Can you help me please?

As stated here, the FREE TRIAL is for Redshift Serverless.  
Some clusters provisioned in regions where Redshift Serverless is not available are eligible for the Free Trial.

If Redshift Serverless is not available in your region, the provisioned cluster is eligible for the Free Trial.
