I Have Use Free Tier Account But Charge Coming

I ran into a similar situation recently (surprised by a charge on a service which I thought was included in the Free Tier) and it was superbly handled by AWS customer support.

All you need to do is click the button Create case at https://support.console.aws.amazon.com/support/home#/
