Charges for Business Support while using a free tier account

Why am I being charged for business support? My account was just credited $64 for last month and $59.08 was for support which I didn't subscribe to anywhere as I'm using a free tier account. What is happening? Because this is not fair to any customer using your services 😭😭

I haven't seen your invoice so I don't know exactly what happened, but did you accidentally change to business support?
In that case, you can change from Business Support to Basic Support and no support fee will be charged from the following month.
Please change it according to the method in the following document.
