Automatically deregistering the targeted instance

Created one ec2 instance for the spring boot web app & setup app load balancer & in target chose ec2 instance but every after 2-3 days load balancer target automatically deregister the targeted instance, tried to fix i.e changing the configurations. but still the issue.
