Lightsail DNS Zone doesn't allow to add A registers without Subdomains

Hello, I'm trying to add an "A Record" for my main domain (i.e. domain.com) to my Lightsail DNS zone, however the field check forces me to add a subdomain (i.e. www.domain.com). Can anyone help me to do this?
