I saw your web pages are behind Cloudfront and maybe the pages are located in S3. If yes, you can try to setup OAC (Origin Access Control) to provide the access control from CloudFront to S3 by following links.

Hi, you need to clarify a few things to get help. What's the architecture of your website? You mention s3 but what other components? How is content split across those components? Which did you reload from backups? What does formatting your compouter and reinstalling an S3 browser have to do with whether your public website was working or not?
