Upload presigned url does not work

Hey there, a cliet is trying to upload a file using s3 transfer acceleration through pre signed urls and he is not able to. Thing other cliets are able to do so but only this one (so far) is not able. He keeps getting SignatureDoesNotMatch error. More context: our service generates pre signed url using iam role. This presigned url is forward to client's webpage which then uses it to upload file. Clients under domain miro.com have no problem in uploading files. This client specifically is under amsterprise.miro.com, which Im not sure if impacts somehow.
