why is my billing service provider listed under Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL

My account is established in the US. My address in of US, Georgia. I believe the billing is unnecessarily charging me for services because of my billing setup for EU and not US. Can someone provide guidance how the service provider be changed to the US?
