WorkDocs Error - "Missing Attributes. This page requires several GET attributes and/or cookies to be set"

We have recently integrated WorkDocs and WorkDocs Drive. Our users have generally been fine connecting to our WorkDocs domain, but we have a single case where, when a user is prompted to enter the domain for our WorkDocs server, gets a message saying "Missing Attributes. This page requires several GET attributes and/or cookies to be set".

Currently, the user has tried clearing cookies, cache, and uninstalling/reinstalling all WorkDocs related applications on their machine, but receives the same error.

I would like to understand what creates this error, and if it is a problem with the user's machine, or even compatibility with the WorkDocs service. Thank you in advance!
