Urgent Help Needed: AWS is not responding to support cases

Hello AWS Community,

Our team is currently facing an urgent spending limit issue on our AWS account. We have submitted a request for a spending limit increase due to a specific use case related to our two-factor authentication system. Despite our multiple requests and attempts to contact AWS Support, we have not received any response for an entire week. Another request that I opened five days ago is still in "Unassigned" status.

Has anyone had a similar problem with AWS support? How to make them respond to support cases?
